MY STORY
I was born in Ukraine and attended university getting a Masters degree in Computer Science. For many years I focused on web development and web design. Eventually, I have started spending more time exploring my passion for photography, and it has become something I enjoy doing full-time. Giving birth to a beautiful daughter in 2014, meant having an actual model at home and it gave me an unlimited opportunity to practice and grow my skill set.
Focus on Portrait Photography
I have always been interested in capturing beautiful moments of our day to day lives on camera and, combined with my love for travel, I have spent many years practicing my craft.
In the last five years, and especially after becoming a mom, I have started to focus more of my efforts on capturing people's faces, body language and emotions. Having a chance to follow the development of my daughter through the lens of my camera, I started to fully appreciate the power of portrait photography in capturing our emotions and the beauty of our daily lives.
Working in K-W Area
After moving to Canada in 2006, I have spent many years in Toronto, exploring the busy city and developing my skills as a photographer. But when it came to starting a family, we have decided to settle down in a quiet and beautiful Waterloo, Ontario.
